Our company operates in the printing industry leveraging cuttingedge solutions to provide toptier services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated and resultsdriven Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead customer engagement and lead generation initiatives.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a critical role in reengaging existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales acumen a keen interest in outbound prospecting and experience working with HubSpot CRM. They will be responsible for lead generation followups on marketing campaigns and coordinating with the internal sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and engage with potential clients from our extensive database.
Follow up on EDM (Electronic Direct Mail) and marketing campaigns to convert leads into sales opportunities.
Reengage dormant clients and nurture relationships to encourage repeat business.
Identify and penetrate new market segments through cold calling and targeted outreach.
Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales team members for closing deals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions updates and sales activities in HubSpot.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize leadgeneration strategies.
Gather and analyze data on customer engagement to improve sales processes.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales lead generation or a similar outbound sales role.
- Strong familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a MUST; experience with Sage is a plus.
- Cold calling experience with the ability to engage decisionmakers and influencers.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident resultsdriven approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high database hygiene.
- Printing industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in both sales and marketing is a plus.
- Ability to contribute to campaign strategies and enhance lead conversion.
- Experience working in highvolume outbound sales environments.
- Ability to identify and build rapport with key stakeholders.
