Schedule:

  • Parttime Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm MST
  • Remote position

Job Description

As a B2B Sales Representative you ll play a crucial role in connecting enterpriselevel decisionmakers with our client s executive team. You ll be the first point of contact for potential clients representing a service that s becoming increasingly vital in today s datadriven world. This position offers unique exposure to Clevel executives at major corporations while contributing to both data security and environmental sustainability initiatives. Working directly with the executive team you ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company s growth trajectory while developing your skills in the technology asset management sector.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic B2B cold calling campaigns targeting midsized to Fortune 500 companies
  • Schedule highvalue appointments between company executives and qualified decisionmakers
  • Maintain detailed records and update interaction histories in Zoho CRM
  • Conduct professional followup calls to nurture potential client relationships
  • Process and enrich new target company data within the CRM system
  • Track and analyze call metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness
  • Collaborate with executive team to refine targeting and approach strategies
  • Support database management by inputting and updating prospect information

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven B2B cold calling and appointment setting experience
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Demonstrated success in reaching and engaging Clevel executives
  • Proficiency with CRM systems particularly Zoho
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional phone manner and executive presence
  • Ability to work independently while meeting performance metrics
  • Experience in technology or enterprise services sector preferred
  • Comfort with remote work environment and selfmanagement
  • Availability during U.S. Mountain Time business hours
