This role involves managing the sales forecasting process analyzing performance metrics and ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance sales effectiveness and operational excellence. The role includes supporting the leadership team by providing highlevel data analysis strategic recommendations and operational leadership. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth optimizing sales processes and ensuring that the sales organization meets its revenue targets. You will have a deep understanding of the Data Available marketing and sales processes and network of experts you can call on to test ideas and gather feedback fast. This is an evolving role that will grow as you build capabilities and leverage AI to make your work more effective.
Revenue Growth Create resources to monitor strategic initiatives to enhance revenue growth in collaboration with sales leadership and key business units.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting Develop and manage sales forecasting processes ensuring alignment with business goals and providing key performance insights.
Sales Performance Analysis Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess effectiveness identify trends and recommend areas for improvement.
Process Optimization Lead efforts to streamline sales operations data preparation enhance efficiencies and implement best practices.
CRM & Data Management Actively participate in the CRM optimization process to ensure data integrity accurate reporting and visibility into sales pipeline and revenue projections.
CrossFunctional Collaboration Work closely with senior leadership finance marketing and product teams to support strategic alignment and operational success.
Sales Enablement Develop tools resources and strategies to boost sales team productivity
Strategic Support & Special Projects Provide insights and analysis for leadership initiatives including M&A gotomarket strategies and highpriority projects.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Process Definition & Enhancement
Business Partnering Serve as a trusted advisor translating complex data into clear insights to support informed decisionmaking across the organization.
