Job Description

Colliers Workplace Management Services seeks an exceptional candidate to join our team whose purpose is to build a sense of community connection and belonging through delivering bestinclass service within workplace and operations.

As a member of Workplace Support you will be at the heart of the action in our clients corporate site located in Barangaroo.  In this role you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. Additionally youll be a pivotal support for workplace administrative experience and championing workplace objectives and ensuring our service points deliver efficiently.

Key accountabilities will include but not be limited to

  • Own workplace events and experiences create enjoyable and memorable interactions driven by our clients brand and culture.
  • Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences fostering a happy to help atmosphere across all workplace support touch points .
  • With efficiency and accuracy administer the workplace facilities including access cards locker management and end of trip facilities among other workplace provisions.
  • Assist in the maintaining of the client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors primarily through the reception area.
  • Support workplace operations by assisting with administrative tasks including processing transactions tracking key data and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth daytoday functions.

 


Qualifications :

As a collaborative and driven member of the operations team ideally with experience within the administrational or hospitality sector we ask that you demonstrate the following:

  • Hospitality administration or workplace management experience specialising in customercentric events preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
  • Demonstrated customercentric experience in businesstobusiness and customerfacing environments.
  • Resultsoriented and detailfocused with excellent communication skills and a professional presence. Excel in managing administrative tasks with precision particularly those involving transactions and reporting.
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadlinedriven environments understanding that priorities sometimes change.
  • Thrives on teamwork collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieving collective success.

 


Additional Information :

This position is a fulltime officebased role in Barangaroo servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster 40hours per week) that also may support limited afterhours event activity.

Our commitment to providing a safe and secure work environment necessitates thorough national police checks. To support this screening only candidates with Australian residency will be considered.
