Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves coordinating between clients internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong longterm client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment on project goals.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to manage project timelines budgets and specifications.
- Oversee the complete project cycle from initial client inquiry through design production and installation.
- Ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timelines and to client specifications.
- Track project progress flag potential delays and communicate solutions to clients.
- Maintain thorough records of project details client communications and status reports.
- Quotation & Proposal Management:
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals based on client requirements working closely with the production teams.
- Present proposals to clients and provide detailed explanations of costs timelines and scope of work.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Quality Control & Installation Support:
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before delivery/installation.
- Coordinate and oversee the installation process ensuring smooth at the client s site.
- Handle postinstallation queries and ensure clients are satisfied with the final product.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions project progress and financials.
- Prepare regular status reports and updates for internal teams and clients.
- Document any changes in project scope and update budgets or timelines accordingly.
- Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends materials and technologies in the signage industry.
- Offer creative and practical signage solutions that align with the client s brand identity and marketing objectives.
Requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education:
- Experience: Minimum 25 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the signage or related industries.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the signage production process materials and installation methods is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of client servicing.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management tools
