LiveU is looking for a talented team lead to join Liveus R&D and lead a multidisciplinary development team focused on cutting edge video distributing technologies.

Location Kfar Saba Israel (hybrid model)
As a Software Team Leader in LiveU Core group you will:
- Lead a dynamic Agile Scrum team of 2 3 developers and 1 2 QA engineers.
- Drive endtoend of complex R&D projects from design development and testing to deployment.
- Promote engineering best practices including clean code principles and testdriven development.
- Mentor and support the professional growth of your team members guiding developers through technical challenges career development and skillbuilding opportunities
- Develop versatile and highperformance features for LiveU s videooverIP platform.
- Collaborate with other Scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative product capabilities.
Requirements :
Education:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university OR practical experience from an elite IDF technology unit.
Professional Experience:
- At least 5 years of development experience 2 or more years as a team lead.
- Solid background in objectoriented programming (OOP).
- Experience with multithreaded and distributed applications.
- Proficiency in Linux/UNIX environments.
Technical Skills:
- Strong development background in C and/or C.
- Familiarity with Python an advantage.
- Experience in video streaming or realtime media systems an advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
Cognitive and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- A team player who thrives in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Selfmotivated independent and a quick learner.
