Your Core Duties:
1. Own Product Roadmap: Define prioritise and drive key initiatives from concept to launch to beyond
2. Define Core Product Metrics: Run A/B tests and iterate quickly based on insights
3. Friction Points: Identify and lead solutions that optimise key flows and improve conversions
4. PRDs: Writing clear and deeply thought PRDs and guide seamless
5. Looking Forward: Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring emerging tech AI advancements and eager to integrate
We re looking for:
* 35 years of experience in B2C product management ideally in marketplaces or consumer platforms with a strong focus on conversions
* Strong understanding of conversion funnels user behaviour analytics
* Excellent Problem Solving skills and attention to detail in UX and product flows
* Bias for action Ship fast learn fast and iterate quickly
* Curiosity and excitement on actively exploring ways to integrate AI to enhance user experience
