The Executive Administrative Assistant will be a dynamic and selfmotivated individual able to provide administrative support and coordination to the Head Neurodegeneration and Emerging Research (Executive) and his team. In addition the Executive Assistant may also provide support for other members of the Research Leadership Team and participate in the organization planning and of activities with other Research administrative and operations staff. The right candidate must be proactive agile organized collaborative and calm under pressure. Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills are essential for this role due to interactions with colleagues within the group as well as crossfunctionally within the division and externally with partners. This position also requires a professional demeanor sense of urgency attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple activities.

Additional Information :
The base salary range for this position is $83000 $108000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including but not limited to relevant skills & experience job location
and internal equity.
Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and longterm
