Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
Monthly Salary: $1000 $1200
Working Hours: 9am 5pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and professional support to customers via chat and email. Respond to inquiries resolve issues and guide customers through our products/services.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns effectively ensuring all issues are handled with empathy and efficiency.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services to accurately assist customers and provide solutions.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions inquiries and feedback to improve future customer service efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service experience especially in chat and email support is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to address customer issues in a thoughtful and solutionoriented manner.
- TechSavvy: Comfort with using customer service platforms chat tools and email management systems.
- CustomerFocused: A passion for helping others and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Work Hours: Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).
