This role will have a strong focus on organizational development ensuring the company’s workforce is structured skilled and motivated for longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development: Lead workforce planning competency mapping and succession planning to strengthen company structure and talent pipelines.
- Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills leadership capabilities and career growth.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation frameworks KPI alignment and coaching initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 years of HR Manager experience
- Strong expertise in organizational development performance management and employee engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of compensation structures benefits administration and labor law compliance.
