This is a remote position.
Paid hours per week: 20 hours
Download and transfer client information from a personal training app to Google Sheets
Enter and organize client data accurately and efficiently
Prepare client progress reports using premade email templates
Draft emails for review and distribution to clients
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks including data entry into bookkeeping software
Schedule and post content on social media platforms (if required)
Prepare and update client invoices as needed
Proficiency in Google Sheets and data entry
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles
Familiarity with social media platforms
Commitment to maintaining client privacy and data security
Remote work with the ability to adhere to Australian Eastern Time business hours
