With a strong presence globally they are known for delivering highquality solutions technical expertise and innovative ingredients to meet the evolving needs of their customers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Assistant Sales Manager Coating & Resins to join our client s growing team. The role is responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities for the company s coating and resin products while ensuring strong customer relationships and market expansion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets developing new business opportunities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and income targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and understand market trends.
  • Provide timely sales forecasts reports and updates on market conditions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare quotations negotiate contracts and ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally ensuring high service standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure adherence to credit terms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality safety and environmental policies.


Requirements

  • A degree in any discipline preferably in Chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry (coatings resins or specialty chemicals preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Selfmotivated highly energetic and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems is a plus.
