- Degree: Information Systems (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation & Project Management (Advantageous)

- Supporting Connected Drive Mobile Network Operations across EMEA & the USA
- Managing eSIM Subscription & Mobile Network Solutions 4G 5G NBIoT SMS)
- Collaborating with vehicle development teams to shape the future of connected mobility
- Handling Incident Change & Problem Management to ensure seamless operations
- Driving big data solutions with external partners to uncover insights & optimizations
- Improving MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) for ITSM incidents & enhancing service delivery
- Managing Release Processes DevOps & Agile Frameworks (Scrum Kanban)
- Steering external service providers (Mobile Network Operators Support Providers)
- Translating business needs into tech solutions while keeping a laser focus on quality

- Solid IT Operations experience enterpriselevel Incident Change & Problem Management
- Project management skills keeping stakeholders happy & projects on track
- Mobile network expertise understanding of 4G 5G NBIoT SMS eSIM SIM Subscription Management
