Job Description
As a Management Trainee youll be immersed in a handson learning experience that covers all aspects of our business from frontend sales and marketing to office operations. Your journey will include:
Sales & Customer Engagement: Learn how to connect with new customers educate them on our clients products and drive brand awareness to build and maintain a strong consumer base.
Marketing & Brand Representation: Work closely with national brands and retail partners to execute promotional events and instore campaigns.
Leadership Development: Gain firsthand experience in team management goal setting and performance tracking.
Business Operations: Develop an understanding of office management recruitment and business strategy.
Advancement into Territory Management: As you gain experience youll transition into a leadership role overseeing sales territories managing a team and expanding our clients market presence.
