Responsibilities:
Participate in hands-on leadership training and development sessions.
Assist with strategic planning project execution and team collaboration.
Support department heads with operational and administrative tasks.
Analyze business operations to identify areas for improvement.
Shadow senior leaders to understand company structure and leadership techniques.
Deliver presentations and reports on leadership growth and performance metrics.
