Your Role & Responsibilities

Delivering Outstanding Lessons Plan and teach exciting and creative lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum ensuring high levels of engagement and progress.
Fostering a Positive Classroom Environment Create a warm inclusive and structured learning space where every child feels valued and supported.
Monitoring and Assessing Progress Track student progress provide constructive feedback and tailor teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Collaborating with Colleagues Work closely with fellow teachers and staff to share best practices and contribute to a positive and dynamic school culture.
Engaging with Parents & Carers Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on student progress and encourage homeschool partnerships.

What Were Looking For

We are looking for a teacher who:
Has a passion for teaching A motivated educator who is enthusiastic about inspiring and supporting Year 3 students.
Has KS2 teaching experience Previous experience in Year 3 or a strong understanding of the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Is a strong communicator Able to engage motivate and build relationships with students parents and colleagues.
Is adaptable and proactive Thrives in a collaborative and dynamic school environment willing to contribute to wider school life.
Is committed to student progress A teacher who can support challenge and inspire children to achieve their full potential.
