About the Role
Are you passionate about bringing structure to fastmoving environments As Procurement Lead at Instabee Sweden youll take ownership of our daytoday and strategic purchasingensuring we buy smart stay costeffective and scale sustainably.
Reporting to the Head of Business Control & Analytics youll manage procurement across key areas like terminals fleet and subcontractors balancing local needs with national coordination. Youll help drive structure keep contracts tidy and work closely with operations finance and leadership to support smarter spending.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership values clarity and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Some of the Things You Will Do
Own purchasing operations and larger procurement planning
Negotiate supplier agreements and manage vendor relationships
Monitor and optimize procurement costs
Keep documentation and contracts organised and uptodate
Build scalable structured processes
Your Future Team
Youll join a collaborative and datadriven Business Control & Analytics team with a direct link to the Swedish leadership agenda. We value open communication curiosity and getting things done together.
What Were Looking For
Degree in supply chain finance economics or similar
3 years in procurement controlling or consulting
Analytical structured and comfortable navigating supplier discussions (no need to be a hard negotiator)
Comfortable managing both strategy and operational
Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets (plus if you know Medius Netsuite)
