Head of Quality

• Strategic Leadership Develop and lead a quality strategy aligned with business goals.
• Quality Management Systems Oversee QMS implementation and compliance with ISO and NSI standards.
• Continuous Improvement Drive efficiency process enhancements and waste reduction.
• Compliance & Accreditation Ensure adherence to legal industry and corporate requirements.
• Audit Management Lead internal and supplier audits coordinating ISO and ACS reviews.
• Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with leadership clients and auditors on quality initiatives.
• Risk Management Identify and mitigate compliance risks reporting to governance bodies.
• Training & Development Enhance employee quality competencies through tailored training.
• Innovation Introduce industry best practices and new solutions to improve quality.
• Company Values & Risk Awareness Uphold Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness while prioritising safety and compliance.

Qualifications :

Essential

• Proven experience in a senior quality management role preferably at the executive level. 
• Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of optimising team performance and development. 
• Excellent communication interpersonal and influencing skills. 
• Demonstrates ethical behaviour openness and honesty in all dealings. 
• Selfmotivated resilient and able to work well under pressure. 
• IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required. 

Desirable

• Educated to degree level or equivalent NVQ Level 6 qualification. 
• Appropriate qualification in quality management. 
• Diverse experience in leading a quality function with a proven track record in strategic quality leadership. 
• Membership of a related professional body.
