Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a critical project ensuring smooth and maintaining highquality standards across the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing junior team members ensuring progress and maintaining quality levels. This role requires a structured approach to work proactiveness and accountability to drive the project successfully from start to finish.
Location: Portugal
Work Model: Remote
Contract Type: FixedTerm Contract or Contractor (Freelancer)
Tasks
- Lead and manage the project independently ensuring timely progress and quality assurance.
- Take responsibility for mentoring and guiding junior team members ensuring their work meets high standards.
- Maintain a structured and organized approach to project management ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Understand the broader impact of tasks and decisions within the project.
- Work proactively to identify risks resolve issues and ensure smooth project .
- Participate in and contribute to ITrelated discussions demonstrating a solid understanding of technical topics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in ITrelated projects.
- Strong IT background to follow and contribute to discussions beyond just task .
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively taking full ownership of the project.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior resources.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.
- Familiarity with DORA (DevOps Research and Assessment) requirements.
- Experience in regulatory and compliance is a plus but not mandatory.
