What Youll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone email and chat.
Provide expert assistance with products services and general inquiries.
Resolve issues efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
Fluent Dutch speaker (written & spoken) English proficiency is a plus!
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Experience in customer service call centres or a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
Basic computer skills (CRM systems email handling etc..
