Job Description
Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Join our dynamic team as a DutchSpeaking Customer Service Agent where you ll engage with customers solve problems and provide topnotch support in an exciting fastpaced environment.
What Youll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone email and chat.
Provide expert assistance with products services and general inquiries.
Resolve issues efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch speaker (written & spoken) English proficiency is a plus!
Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
Experience in customer service call centres or a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work in a teamoriented fastpaced environment.
Basic computer skills (CRM systems email handling etc..
