Corporate Purchasing Agent
Miami FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Temporary Assignment
About the Role:
We are seeking a Corporate Purchasing Agent to manage the full Purchase-to-Pay cycle for Casino Consumables across multiple brands. This position requires experience using Oracle Purchasing (11i/R12) to handle requisitions purchase orders supplier communications and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process using Oracle Purchasing.
- Process internal purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
- Issue move order requests for internal inventory and assist in maintaining par levels.
- Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate order statuses address expedited shipping needs and resolve order or invoice discrepancies.
- Support internal stakeholders with procurement tracking and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred).
- 3 4 years of experience in purchasing procurement or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle 11i/R12 Purchasing and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication multitasking and time management skills.
- High attention to detail organizational strength and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work hybrid in Mimai.
- Comfortable working a temporary assignment.
