Need a Business Analyst with Analysis testing and customer service experience to work on multiple prioritized projects
The Business Analyst serves as a business analyst/helpdesk support for projects involving critical data processing systems . Relevant work experience: 3 to 5 years.
The BA will be responsible for the support of various applications.
- The analyst will be expected to document the issue and resolution test the application to replicate the issues reported and be able to understand Use Cases Business Requirements Documents User Stories Test Scripts and any other related documentation. The BA will be expected to work in fast paced projects and will be expected to be organized multitask take initiatives and be customer friendly.
- Experience with Business Analysis Software Testing and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes work flows and assist the user with the issue and resolution.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent study required.
