RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit hire and train sales teams to build and maintain strong customer relations.
Understand and implement company culture and selling value to our customers
Be the collective voice of the sales group to assist where needed to improve
Work with a large number of sales reps to solve problems and offer solutions to customers.
Work with suppliers to coordinate sales meetings and lead generation programs
Set sales goals compare performance to goals and adjust goals as needed
Assess current team processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Coach mentor and provide feedback to team members
Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Assess individual performance and suggest corrective actions as needed
Be a leader to the sales group and actively support all company initiatives
