Job Description

Human Resources Manager
Direct Hire
Aguascalientes MX

The Human Resources Manager will lead and manage all HR functions at the manufacturing plant ensuring that strategies are effectively implemented in line with the company s business objectives. This position will oversee the entire employee lifecycle which includes talent acquisition development engagement and retention. This role is essential for maintaining compliance enhancing employee relations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with business goals to support the plants operational performance.
  • Lead workforce planning recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the plant is staffed with qualified talent.
  • Manage talent development programs performance management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Manage payroll administration payment process and employee performance improvement and dismissal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws union collective bargaining agreements and internal policies.
  • Oversee compensation benefits and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices.
  • Lead health and safety initiatives in collaboration with the HSE department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles with at least 5 years in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance and union management.
  • Legal / LFT / ISO 14001/ 45001
  • Experience in talent management organizational development and change management.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives.


Experience: 2-5 years in QA, Process, or Project Engineering Industry: Automotive (EV) (experience required) Knowledge of launching processes & OEM requirements Ability to work directly on production floor operations Advanced English skills Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred). Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and union management. Legal / LFT / ISO 14001/ 45001 Experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
