Job Description
Human Resources Manager
Direct Hire
Aguascalientes MX
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures aligned with business goals to support the plants operational performance.
- Lead workforce planning recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure the plant is staffed with qualified talent.
- Manage talent development programs performance management and succession planning initiatives.
- Manage payroll administration payment process and employee performance improvement and dismissal processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws union collective bargaining agreements and internal policies.
- Oversee compensation benefits and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market practices.
- Lead health and safety initiatives in collaboration with the HSE department.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles with at least 5 years in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance and union management.
- Legal / LFT / ISO 14001/ 45001
- Experience in talent management organizational development and change management.
- Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors Workday or similar).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives.
Experience: 2-5 years in QA, Process, or Project Engineering Industry: Automotive (EV) (experience required) Knowledge of launching processes & OEM requirements Ability to work directly on production floor operations Advanced English skills Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position in a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred).
