This is a remote position.

Role Name: Personal Assistant

Schedule:

  • Parttime 2 PM to 6 PM 4 hours per day Monday to Friday)

Job Description

We re seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional in streamlining their daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to tackle a variety of responsibilities from travel planning to administrative support all while making a significant impact on someone s productivity and worklife balance. You ll be working remotely managing diverse tasks that require excellent time management attention to detail and strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a dynamic todo list balancing personal and professional tasks with efficiency and discretion
  • Plan and coordinate exciting travel arrangements including RV trips with specific requirements such as gym access and campsite bookings
  • Take charge of administrative tasks including scheduling appointments making reservations and coordinating various services
  • Conduct indepth research on diverse topics compiling comprehensive information to support decisionmaking processes
  • Act as a primary point of contact making phone calls and liaising with service providers on behalf of the employer
  • Assist in property management tasks for a rental property ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain an organized digital filing system using platforms like Dropbox or OneNote enhancing information accessibility and workflow efficiency


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a talent for clear and concise correspondence
  • Advanced proficiency in digital tools and software for task management scheduling and productivity enhancement
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and diverse tasks efficiently
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Familiarity with travel planning and property management tasks is a plus
