DCM is looking for a motivated and reliable Field IT Support Specialist to join our technical team. In this hybrid clientfacing role you ll be responsible for providing onsite IT support system troubleshooting and remote technical assistance to various clients across the UK.
This position offers flexibility and is suitable for parttime workers with fulltime opportunities available after meeting performance goals and completing the probation period.

Education
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience (including hybrid or field work). At least one IT certification (e.g. CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Fundamentals). Strong skills in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking. UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory). Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk), AD, or remote desktop tools. Understanding of cybersecurity basics and endpoint protection. UK Driving Licence (advantageous but not mandatory).
