Job Description
- Serve as the main contact for project cost control tasks and manage the onsite project controls team.
- Coordinate onsite change management with third parties.
- Review contractor progress payments.
- Develop and implement cost control procedures with the design and construction supply chain.
- Provide cost forecasts and project cash flow information to the cost manager.
- Manage interim payments and final accounts with the supply chain.
- Communicate cost trends to project management and suggest corrective actions.
- Support financial closure activities including data capture and asset classification.
- Lead special projects to support the organization.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role in the engineering and construction sector.
- Solid handson experience in fullcycle project cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) and reference documentation.
- Experience with accounting platforms like SAP.
- Excellent crossdepartmental coordination skills with professional report writing and presentation abilities.
- Strong process awareness capable of multitasking efficiently meticulous and highly autonomous.
- Willingness to work on project sites as required.
