About the Role:
We are currently seeking for a Customer Service Representative supporting Dutch German or Norwegianspeaking customers. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service ensuring user satisfaction and safety across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality customer support via chat and email only.
Moderate online content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay up to date with company policies product updates and industry trends.
Requirements

Fluent in Dutch German or Norwegian (both written and spoken).

Proficiency in English (B2 Minimum).

Strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Techsavvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools.

Ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in customer service moderation or a related field is a plus.

Willingness to relocate to Malta (relocation assistance provided).

Salary Details

DutchSpeaking Candidates: 1800 gross 1550 net).

GermanSpeaking Candidates: 1650 gross 1400 net).

NorwegianSpeaking Candidates: 1711 gross per month.
- Career progression: Salary increases as you move up levels (e.g. Level 2: 1900 gross Level 3: 1950 gross etc..
