Tinker Federal Credit Unions SW branch has an immediate opening for an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Branch Manager l! We want you to work and grow at TFCU so there will be many opportunities for professional development and growth through training and continued education. We value you at TFCU!
As an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Branch Manager lyou will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and administering the operational efforts of their Branch in support of TFCUs strategic plan.
- Ensuring their team stays within compliance of all established policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the provision of a full range of services to members and prospective members and fosters a salesoriented culture.
- Ensure that members are promptly and professionally served in a manner that enhances the TFCUs reputation.
- Identifying and hiring top talent developing each member of their team to their fullest potential and setting a clear direction for the branch while creating longterm relationships within their branchs community.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The salary range is$113690.65 $142113.31; however actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelors degree in business finance accounting or a related field for both levels are required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
Level I: Requires five years of financialinstitution experience in a role within or closely related to branch operations and four additional years of supervisory experience.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
- Certify through the Manager/Supervisor Branch degree program of TFCU University.
- Maintain license to sell credit life and disability insurance.
- Complete and pass regulation tutorials.
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCUs chosen authority.
- NMLS/SAFE Act registration.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Branch Manager lyou must possess these qualifications:
- Knowledge of TFCU lending policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of TFCU history code of ethics products and services.
- Knowledge of privacy procedures confidentiality guidelines and cash handling standards.
- Knowledge of Reg. CC Reg. DD Reg. J Reg. D Reg. E. Reg. B and Reg. Z.
- Knowledge of Equal Credit Opportunity Act Fair Credit Reporting Act Home Mortgage Disclosure Act IRS rules for IRAs and NCUA share insurance rules.
- Ability to use and maintain basic fundamental office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects and memberrelated concerns and discrepancies.
