Job Description
Jeff DAmbrosio CDJR of Downingtown is seeking an experienced Special Finance Manager to join our team! If you have a strong background in automotive finance a passion for helping customers with diverse credit situations and the ability to structure deals that work for both the buyer and the dealership we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the special finance department and secure financing for customers with all types of credit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to maximize approvals and optimize deal structures.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful vehicle deliveries.
- Educate customers on financing terms vehicle protection plans and other available products.
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and dealership finance regulations.
- Meet and exceed monthly finance and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Automotive finance experience required special finance experience preferred.
- Strong lender relationships and knowledge of subprime financing programs.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A selfmotivated leader with a drive to succeed in a highpaced environment.
