- Salary: $70538.10 $74500 Salary Packaging options (up to $18550 per annum) and 17.5 Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)
- Permanent Part Time position 4 days per week) based in Geraldton
Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing dynamic Support Coordination team on a permanent part time basis 4 days per week). This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.
About the role
- Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal mainstream and funded supports
- Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
- Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
- Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers stakeholders and team members
- Personal resilience working in a changing environment
