Job Description
We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team!
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in IT delivery focusing on processes methods skills and tools.
- Drive change management strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement engagement and crossfunctional collaboration. Support issue resolution and ensure changes are effectively embedded into daily operations.
- Provide datadriven insights and performance metrics to prioritize actions and monitor progress.
- Manage the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations including those for Clevel stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in similar roles within the IT sector.
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement initiatives management.
- Expertise in Project Management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Change Management and fostering organizational transformations.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
- Experience in people and culture management within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in French.
- Proficiency in English.
