Senior Director Compensation Programs

As the Senior Director of Compensations Programs you will be responsible for overseeing the successful development and delivery of all compensation programs at ServiceNow including the annual compensation review. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring ServiceNow continues to attract and retain the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration of all compensation programs including the annual compensation review bonus programs longterm incentives onetime payment awards and pay equity initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices and make datadriven recommendations for improvements.
• Manage ServiceNows salary structures annual merit bonus and equity budgets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to compensation maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry standards.
• Partner with crossfunctional teams to develop and align compensation programs with business strategy and financial plans.
• Support the development of effective communication and change management plans to inform employees about our compensation programs and any changes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop compensations tools on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage the Compensation Programs team.

Qualifications :

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry. 
• Proven experience in managing the successful delivery of compensation programs.
• 15 years of experience in senior compensation roles including extensive experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow platform experience preferred.
• Preferred candidates will have experience in the technology industry.
• Effective at building relationships collaborating and influencing others with experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions.
• Independent thinker and strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Excellent communication skills able to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
