We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with at least five 5 years of experience representing lenders in construction bridge and permanent loans at a national or regional law firm. The ideal candidate will have significant lenderside experience drafting and negotiating mortgage loan documents and conducting real estate and entity due diligence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDraft review and negotiate loan documents for construction bridge and permanent financing.
Conduct real estate and entity due diligence including title survey organizational structure and zoning reviews.
Advise lender clients on loan structuring compliance and risk management.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients taking full ownership of projects from inception to closing.
Provide legal guidance on transactional matters ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Juris Doctor (J.D. from a toptier law school with strong academic credentials.
At least 5 years of experience in lenderside real estate finance transactions at a national or regional law firm.
Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
Outstanding legal writing analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
