We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our hotel operations in Aktobe Kazakhstan. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotels performance ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth in this dynamic market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the hotels business objectives in sales revenue management and brand marketing
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies local regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including guests corporate clients and community partners
- Drive innovation in service delivery and operational processes to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and guest feedback to inform business strategies
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align hotel operations with broader company goals
- Implement and maintain quality control systems across all departments
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement development and retention
- Represent the hotel in local business and community events to enhance its reputation and market position
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in international hotel chain (Accor Experience will be an advantage)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional financial and operational results in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with fluency in English; proficiency in Russian or Kazakh is highly beneficial
- Solid commercial acumen and business insight particularly in financial management and budgeting
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Innovative problemsolving skills and adaptability to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in hotel management software and revenue management systems
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data and market trends
