Are you a logistics expert passionate about seamless service delivery and operational excellence A leading international logistics provider is seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to lead client implementation and onboarding across freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
In this pivotal role you will be the cornerstone of successful client integration designing logistics solutions overseeing end-to-end onboarding and ensuring operational readiness. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and long-term operational success.
The Challenges
- Lead client onboarding: from project planning and system setup to go-live execution.
- Collaborate with Sales IT Product Finance and Operations teams to design and deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage project timelines budgets and KPIs across customer and internal development initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement using data automation tools and process optimisation techniques.
- Act as the primary liaison for client engagements ensuring high satisfaction and efficient handovers to account teams.
What It Takes
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding logistics implementation or supply chain solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver customer-centric outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of freight operations (air sea road warehousing customs).
- Skilled in tools like TMS WMS ERP and fluent in process mapping and data analytics.
- Exceptional communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or similar certification is a plus.
