Qualifications :
FRONT DESK GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be selfmotivated and resultsoriented.
- Be comfortable working independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to have a flexible time schedule.
- Opera PMS Experience a Plus / Not Required.
- Prior experience from IHG Hyatt Choice Hilton or Marriott hotels preferred / Not Required.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Knowledge of Emailing a Plus / Not Required.
- Energetic / Capable of MultiTasking.
- Good with Following Up/Following Through.
- Have Own Transportation / Be on Time.
- Good ProblemSolving Skills.
This position may require the ability to work evenings and weekends with flexibility throughout the week as needed. Schedules will always be communicated in advance by a manager.
