About Your Company

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide inperson assistance for users with hardware software and application issues.
- Extend helpdesk and remote IT support whenever necessary.
- Manage network and server functions including backup and monitoring services.
- Set up maintain and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems including hardware operating systems and thirdparty software.
- Perform customizations and configurations for hardware and software installations.
- Follow prescribed standards guidelines and procedures for system implementation and ongoing support.
- Apply the most recent software updates or upgrade versions as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Networks or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Proficient in MS Windows Office 365 Exchange Mail Lotus Notes and Active Directory.
- Handson experience with PC troubleshooting and enduser assistance.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms is advantageous.
- CCNA MCP or MCSE certification is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
