Handle inbound customer queries in Spanish and English across multiple channels: phone chat and email
Offer fast friendly and effective solutions to customers worldwide
Navigate technical tools and systems while remaining empathetic and composed
Work independently and as part of a team across a 24/7 rotating schedule
Accurately document interactions and follow escalation procedures when necessary
Spanish (C1) and English (C1 minimum) certified via the Harver English assessment
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
A calm professional and positive communication style
Availability to work flexible hours including night shifts
High emotional intelligence and a people-first mindset
Good digital skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Base Salary: 870/month (x14 months)
Performance Bonus: 80/month (x11 months)
Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
Transport Allowance: 20/month
Health Insurance: Active from Day 1 (free after 6 months)
Braga Bonus (if applicable): 20/year
