Were also looking at whats next for you and how we can help you build a career youre proud of.We are seeking a Learning and Development Analyst for a 6month contract at our Edmonton office.As the Learning and Development Specialist you play a key role to support our learning infrastructure with a targeted focus on our learning management system. As the ideal candidate you are an analytical creative thinker who enjoys taking initiative exercises an entrepreneurial approach to your work and can effectively respond to changing organizational priorities within a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities
- Works within the learning management system to gather and update training data to enhance the learner experience making learning options more readily and easily accessible.
- Key stakeholder contact for PCLs learning cleanup project establishing a strong and collaborative approach across PCL.
- Leverages diverse subject matter experts to ensure accurate system data that reflect business requirements.
- Documents welldefined standards and processes that support PCLs learning infrastructure.
- Identifies opportunities for improved utilization of existing business applications and processes.
- Supports planning and executing systemrelated change management activities.
- Supports the development of learning management system training for administrators managers and learners.
- Supports system data audits to ensure the integrity of records.
- Supports the design and management of reporting to support company metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Relevant postsecondary training or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of progressive experience in a related field.
- An integral relationship builder promoting innovation integration and collaboration with an extensive array of stakeholders.
- Learnerfocused approach to increase LMS utilization and optimize the enduser experience.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and to deploy superior listening and collaboration skills to gather information and meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and manage multiple projects focusing on results.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication. Communicates openly honestly and respectfully with diverse audiences.
