Tasks
The Head of Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) will be the cornerstone of the talent strategy leading a team of recruitment professionals while overseeing and optimizing the entire talent acquisition process.
We need a leader who is deeply obsessed with delivering an exceptional recruitment experience overcoming challenges and building highperforming teams that align with the vision and values.
This individual will also be a techsavvy leader who utilizes innovative tools and datadriven strategies to ensure that hiring practices are efficient scalable and impactful.
In this role you will:
- Lead and Develop Talent Acquisition Team: Provide strong leadership and guidance to a growing recruitment team ensuring they are equipped with the tools training and support to succeed. Develop team members to become experts in their own right while fostering a culture of continuous improvement accountability and excellence.
- Deliver Exceptional Recruitment Experience: Take ownership of the endtoend recruitment process ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the companys values. From sourcing to offer stage focus on delivering timely highquality hires that drive business success.
- ProblemSolve and Overcome Challenges: Anticipate challenges in the talent acquisition process and come up with innovative solutions. Lead with resilience and agility ensuring meeting hiring goals even in fastpaced and evolving environments.
- Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives: Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent build diverse pipelines and ensure hiring efforts are aligned with organizational goals. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of our recruiting processes and refine strategies as needed.
- Leverage Technology: Stay at the forefront of recruitment technology and tools. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other technology to drive efficiency streamline workflows and improve the overall hiring process. Evaluate and integrate new tools that can enhance our recruitment efforts. And ensure that recruitment tools and systems are properly maintained integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to build and enhance our employer brand. Ensure that the companys values and culture are effectively promoted to attract candidates who align with the organizations vision.
- Drive Metrics and Performance: Set track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the recruitment team to ensure goals are met. Continuously refine processes and performance metrics based on data and results.
- Foster a HighPerformance Culture: Lead by example demonstrating a strong work ethic commitment to excellence and an unrelenting focus on delivering results. Promote a culture of teamwork collaboration and accountability across the talent acquisition function.Talent Acquisition Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee the operational aspects of the talent acquisition function. Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies negotiating contracts and ensuring alignment with company needs and standards. Monitor and manage the talent acquisition budget to ensure costeffective practices and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience (typically 8 years) in a talent acquisition leadership role with a demonstrated track record of building and scaling highperforming teams.
- Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting across a range of industries with an emphasis on delivering highquality hires in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- A deep passion for recruitment and talent management with a laser focus on delivering results and improving processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire coach and develop talent acquisition professionals.
- Techsavvy with handson experience using modern recruiting tools including ATS systems (e.g. Greenhouse Ashby etc. LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing tools and data analytics platforms.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong work ethic selfmotivated and goaloriented. You are driven by results and are not deterred by challenges or obstacles.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to build diverse talent pipelines and foster inclusive hiring practices.
