Job Description

As an HR Manager at Fastn you will be responsible for overseeing and executing core HR functions including HR operations people operations and recruitment. Youll play a critical role in shaping the companys culture streamlining HR processes and building a highperformance team. This role requires a strategic mindset strong leadership and handson to support Fastns rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Design and implement HR policies procedures and compliance frameworks to support a fastgrowing organization.
  • Manage payroll benefits administration and HRIS systems to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Oversee employee records compliance reporting and HR documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure legal compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Establish and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.


People Operations

  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement retention and company culture.
  • Drive performance management initiatives including goal setting feedback cycles and career development programs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve workplace diversity inclusion and belonging.

  • Conduct employee surveys and leverage insights to optimize workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Implement learning and development programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
  • Organize teambuilding activities wellness programs and employee recognition initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract toptier talent across multiple functions.
  • Manage fullcycle recruiting including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong employer branding to position Fastn as a top workplace in the SaaS industry.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define job roles competencies and hiring goals.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to optimize hiring processes and candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as timetohire costperhire and retention rates.

Who You Are

MustHave Skills & Experience

  • 4 years of experience in HR people operations or talent acquisition preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling HR processes and systems.

  • Handson experience managing fullcycle recruitment and employer branding.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced highgrowth startup environment.

NicetoHave Skills

  • Experience with HRIS systems and ATS platforms.

  • Knowledge of remote work best practices and distributed team management.
  • Prior experience in a startup or hypergrowth environment.
