Job Description

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 24 years of expertise in handling the endtoend recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements effectively. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and candidates to identify and fulfill staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. EndtoEnd Recruitment Process:
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job portals social media referrals etc..
  • Conducting initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Shortlisting candidates for further rounds with technical and hiring teams.
  1. Profile Search and Resume Preparation:
  • Preparing and optimizing resumes for client submission.
  • Matching candidate profiles with job requirements.
  1. Interview Coordination:
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and followups with all stakeholders.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and candidates.
  • Providing timely updates to clients and hiring teams.
  1. Database Management:
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates.
  • Updating recruitment trackers and ensuring accurate documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Experience: 24 years of IT recruitment experience in India with exposure to sourcing screening and coordination.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri Monster LinkedIn etc.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Additional Attributes:
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
