Job Description

Our client is an established facility management and power engineering company headquartered in Bangalore growing faster than the market. They are inducting talents to fuel the growth and contribute to management strategies.

The Role : Business Development Manager based out of Mumbai and managing Maharastra territory of Corporate client acquisition in B2B sales. This is an independent contributor role reporting to Sales Head based in Bangalore.

This profile is engaged from Hunting Prospecting and nurturing corporate and industrial clients to conversion through a funnel Management process.

Job Description

Business Development Manager for Facility Management business to help drive sales growth
The business development process will include market research developing business strategies and pitches and identifying new business opportunities.

Managing and collaborating with other departments like Operations HR and Bid Centre is required. The successful applicant will be resourceful organised and motivated to increase sales and look for new and creative ways to market our products.

A background in business development or sales is a must in services setup except technology companies. Bandwitdth to deal with corporate leaders in manpower related industry or FM will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
Cultivating strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database and Funnel Conversion.
Developing and implementing sales strategies client service and retention plans and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Assist with drafting business plans sales pitches presentations reference material and other documents as required.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management staff and clients.

Requirements:
Any graduate in business management marketing or related field.
7 years of relevant work experience in business development in the FM industry or a similar manpower driven company is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should be willing to travel
Friendly and personable demeanour.
Proficient in Microsoft Tools and CRM software.

CTC : 16 LPA may increase for desearving candidates
