Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask efficiently. The receptionist will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing excellent service to all visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries.
Schedule appointments meetings and conference room bookings.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying scanning and data entry.
Provide information and directions to visitors as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary.
Assist with onboarding new employees by providing office orientation.
Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
