Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients managing front desk operations handling calls and providing administrative support. If you have excellent communication skills a welcoming attitude and a customer-oriented mindset we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer screen and forward incoming calls providing accurate information when required.
  • Handle appointment scheduling and maintain visitor records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail emails and deliveries.
  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks including data entry and filing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a professional environment.
  • Good in English and local language.
  • Pleasant personality and a customer-service-oriented approach.
