Compensation: $55k $200k annually (hourly base pay team performancebased incentives)

Are you a motivated leader with experience in doortodoor sales or canvassing Do you have a passion for mentoring and driving results Integrity Roofing & Painting is looking for a Canvassing Team Lead to recruit train and manage a highperforming team of canvassers.
This role combines base pay with performancebased incentives offering significant earning potential based on team success. With a strong team leaders in this role can earn well into six figures while building a longterm career in a thriving industry.
What You ll Do:
Lead train and inspire a team of canvassers to generate quality leads
Set the example by canvassing alongside your team and demonstrating best practices
Monitor performance and track results ensuring team productivity
Coach team members on communication skills overcoming objections and closing appointments
Assign territories strategically to maximize lead generation
Report key metrics and insights to management for ongoing growth and improvement
Compensation & Earnings Potential:
Qualifications Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise. Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social environments. Previous construction knowledge is a must.
