ROLE PURPOSE
- Achieve sales and market share targets with channel partners and other customers within the assigned subarea
- Collect account receivable within deadline set by Syngenta
- Regularly collect and report market intelligence
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver campaigns and offer to selected customers through selected channel
- Create demand at the customer ensuring that the customer is knowledgeable about the products and has further interest in SYN products.
- Collect customer complaints and inform relevant department
- Collect transaction info and soft metrics (NPS).
- Achieve sales and SoW targets.
- Build solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers across the assigned subarea.
