You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailFront Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers. This role involves handling phone calls assisting with data entry and performing general administrative tasks to support office operations.
Greet and assist visitors employees and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls take messages and provide information as needed.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
Assist with scheduling filing and other administrative tasks.
Ensure the front desk area is clean and presentable at all times.
Previous experience in a receptionist administrative or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
