Job Description:
Cloud Counselage is looking for a Community Success Champion to build strong relationships drive engagement and ensure a seamless experience for our Industry Academia Community (IAC) members. You will actively connect with colleges students professionals and corporate clients fostering partnerships and supporting our mission to eradicate unemployability.
In this role youll also assist in operational tasks collaborate with crossfunctional teams and contribute to largescale events like the Jobs Internships & Entrepreneurship (JIE) Expo Dolphin Tank India IAC Excellence Awards
Job Responsibilities:
- Community & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with colleges universities and corporate partners through calls emails and virtual meetings. Resolve queries gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Community Management & Growth: Promote participation in IAC events ensure a positive experience for members and identify opportunities to expand the community.
- Operations Support: Assist in planning executing and monitoring community activities. Ensure smooth onboarding and engagement of new members.
- Crossfunctional collaboration: Work closely with marketing support and product teams to align initiatives share insights and enhance the community experience.
- Data & Feedback Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions analyze data for insights and suggest improvements for better engagement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum commitment of 3 months fulltime internship without stipend
- Have a working device(laptop/desktop) with a stable internet connection
Mandatory Requirements:
- Diploma Degree or Masters (Pursuing or Graduated) in any field with an interest in community management marketing or operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a problemsolving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work crossfunctionally
- Familiarity with community platforms and tools like Freshdesk and Copilot is a plus
Preferred Requirements:
- Prior Community Management or Customer Success experience.
- Event Management or participation in college clubs student organizations or community initiatives.
- Experience in handling client communication and resolving queries.
